Femworld Publications is an African Publication company owned by Femi Samuel Oduwole; it was established officially in the year 2019 with the sole aim of writing and sharing African short stories to be able to engage the minds of young people. Femworld Publications not only provides these books online, but they also distribute these books to different schools in Nigeria.

Overview.

The Femworld Publications LTD marketing policies are an inbuilt process of guiding both the author and the distributor of the books to ensure a suitable and workable experience thatโ€™s seamless and ensures good book marketability to increase the demand and supply of books. This marketing policy aims to ensure a cordial relationship between the Company and the marketers.

๐Ÿ“Œ Femworld Publications LTD is a rising company that wants to ensure that the well-being of the distributor and marketers is in place, so being in good health is paramount to being a marketer.

๐Ÿ“Œ There shall be no direct sales of books to parents, except to Schools as this is also a source of revenue to the school and our strategy to promote the sales and patronage of the company.

๐Ÿ“Œ There shall be a certain percentage of money to be paid when an order is placed for books by distributors, full payment is also accepted and a deadline to meet with the payment plan, to avoid carry-overs of sales.

๐Ÿ“Œ There shall be a proper account of how many books are being ordered, how many were returned within a stipulated time in the school collection term and how many were paid for if a payment is made.

๐Ÿ“Œ There would be a legal agreement and signing of papers between the distributor and the Author of the book.

๐Ÿ“Œ Book sales are also paramount to keep the company going, so we would appreciate it if the distributor or marketers could help to reach more people.

๐Ÿ“Œ The Author is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring the availability of books.

๐Ÿ“Œ The Author is to maintain a consistent flow in writing interesting books.

๐Ÿ“Œ The Author will also provide additional information on the cost of the books if at any time the price changes.

๐Ÿ“Œ Payments for all books collected in a particular term must be paid before the end of that term. There is no carry-over of payment to the next term as these books are published and supplied termly.

๐Ÿ“Œ Books not sold but collected must be returned before the end of that term and if not returned. The marketer will pay for it before the end of the supplied term and refusal to comply will result in further legal action by the company.

๐Ÿ“Œ All distributors must register with the company, sign the agreement document, provide a copy of their passport and let us know ahead of time before giving our books to other distributors or Reps to supply.

๐Ÿ“Œ Books ordered for waybill, transport cost to the park and waybill cost will be paid by the Distributor who places the order.

๐Ÿ“Œ The company has the right to supply books ordered by schools in a particular distributor jurisdiction if the order did not come from the marketer but from the school, especially schools that the distributor has not done business with before. The company has the right to supply books ordered by schools in a particular distributor jurisdiction covered by him or her if the distributor owes the company money for books supplied to the distributor.

PAYMENT POLICY.

๐Ÿ“Œ All proof of payment made should be sent to the management for confirmation, approval and documentation.

๐Ÿ“Œ Cash payments must be made with proof of payment and by contacting the management first and if not done so, the company is not responsible for any loss. As such, this will not be documented.

๐Ÿ“Œ Early Payment Discount: A discount of 2% will be applied if payment is made on time.
